7 Amazing Ways to Use Your Spiralizer!!
So, I admit it - I am obsessed with my spiralizer! Since I got it last year, I just can't stop watching all these veggies circling round and round until noodles form! Every day it's a new type of veggie being turned into noodles - it's just too much fun to stop!! Ok, so maybe I need help, but in the meantime ....
Here are 7 of my favorite spiralized meals...
1. Zucchini Noodles in Pesto Sauce
The combination of zucchini noodles with pesto feels so light and fresh, but still gives you the feeling that you are eating real pasta!
Sweet Potato Noodle Pad Thai
The sweet potato “noodles” here are a great combination with this tart and tangy Pad Thai sauce!
Vietnamese Pho with Spiralized Yellow Beets and Rutabaga:
There’s nothing quite like a big bowl of Pho – a classic Vietnamese soup filled with loads of veggies and noodles. In this version, I use spiralized beets and rutabaga in place of the noodles, for some guilt-free slurping!
Zucchini Noodles with Garlic Butter Sauce:
This is a really decadent pasta dish – even though there is no actual pasta in it!
Peanutty Cucumber Noodle Salad
This is a great refreshing “noodle” salad – where the noodles are made entirely of ... cucumbers!! Really yummy without the guilt!
Spiralized Shoe String Potatoes
These are crazy addictive!! They come out super crispy and tasty – from the oven – no deep frying necessary!
alsamic Beet and Carrot Salad
This is a really nice light and refreshing simple salad! The addition of raw spiralized beets in this salad adds a touch of sweetness and lots of crunch!
Hope this helps inspire you to get spiralizing!!
